Day 1. MADRID Tuesdays
Arrival at Madrid Barajas Airport. Our local rep will escort you to your hotel.
Convencion Hotel or Puerta de Toledo Hotel or similar .

Day 2 . MADRID - CORDOBA - SEVILLE
Departure from the tour terminal, Oriente Sq., set out by 9 a.m., making the most of our time aboard to introduce ourselves to each other and learn more about what lies ahead. Our route takes us into La Mancha, the landscape of romance and adventure where Don Quixote tilted at windmills.

We'll wind across hills and down into irrigated valleys, to Puerto Lápice, a town lost in time, looking much as it did in the seventeenth century. We might even espy the establishment where an innkeeper conferred knighthood upon Don Quixote. Then we’ll pass onward through the region of Valdepeñas, where fine Tempranillo grapes are grown, and cross the Canyon of Despeñaperros, and pass through the town of Bailén on our way to Cordoba.

Here we'll visit the famous Mosque, one of the most notable in the days of Moorish rule.

Then we'll continue onward to Andalusia,Ecija, Carmona and Seville where dinner and comfortable beds await us in Seville.

Day 3 . SEVILLE
Breakfast - We'll stay all day in Seville, where the Moors have left their mark in whitewashed houses, tile roofs, graceful archways, and a warren of intimate lanes with surprises at every turn.

Our visit will take us to the monumental and stunning tower of La Giralda, the Cathedral that once echoed with daily calls to prayer, and the Palace of the Alcazar, with its delicately carved stonework and pleasure gardens that still delight.

Your afternoon is free to wander the alleyways of Seville on your own, and perhaps to stop in and sample the tapas at an inviting establishment

Day 4 . SEVILLE - JEREZ - CADIZ - ALGECIRAS -COSTA DEL SOL
Breakfast and departure to Jerez where an important wine cellar will be visited. Continue to Cádiz. with a Panoramic tour of the city then it is on toTarifa and Algeciras. Optional visit to Gibraltar, continuing to Costa del Sol.

Day 5 . COSTA DEL SOL - GRANADA (B)
After breakfast we haed for Granada.
Take your time! We’ve built an extra day into this itinerary to allow you to explore Granada independently. Perhaps you’ll return to the fabled Alhambra for a stroll through its fantastical gardens. Or, you can wander the Albaicin, the last quarter of the city occupied by the Moors, with its charming maze of alleys lined with houses with secret patios. According to whim and interest, you’ll visit the museum of composer Manuel de Falla, or the Fine Arts or Archaeology museum, or spend your day café-sitting and shopping. We’ll be pleased to arrange a tour, if you wish, from a number of options.

Day 6 . GRANADA (B)
Breakfast. We’ll visit the Palace of the Alhambra, which inspired caliphs, conquerors, and writers as noted as Washington Irving, with its magnificent rooms and intricately decorated Moorish archways. We’ll stroll through its fabled Generalife gardens and summer residence of the caliphs, of course, and there will be time to wander and shop on your own before you retire to your lodgings.

Day 7 . GRANADA - ALICANTE
Breakfast and departure to Alicante. (Lunch not included.) Afternoon at leisure.

Day 8 . ALICANTE - CALPE - VALENCIA
Breakfast. Morning at leisure. Departure to Peñón de Ifach. Short stop, continuing to Valencia.

Day 9 . VALENCIA - BARCELONA
Breakfast. Optional sightseeing. Departure to Barcelona. Overnight

Day 10 . BARCELONA
Breakfast and overnight. Morning, city sightseeing. Afternoon at leisure. Optional sightseeing tours.

Day 11 . BARCELONA - ZARAGOZA - MADRID
Breakfast. Departure to Zaragoza. Time at leisure. In the afternoon, continuation to Madrid. Overnight.

Day 12 . MADRID - BURGOS - SAN SEBASTIAN
Breakfast and departure to Burgos. Lunch, continuing to San Sebastian.

Day 13 . SAN SEBASTIAN - BILBAO -CASTRO URDIALES - SANTANDER
Breakfast and short panoramic sightseeing. Departure to Bilbao. Short panoramic sightseeing, proceeding to Castro Urdiales. (Lunch not included.) Departure to Santander. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 14 . SANTANDER - SANTILLANA -COVADONGA - OVIEDO
Breakfast and departure to Santillana del Mar. Departure to Covadonga. Brief visit. Lunch, proceeding to Oviedo.

Day 15 . OVIEDO - GIJON - LUGO
Breakfast and departure to Gijón. Panoramic sightseeing (Lunch not included, continuing to Lugo. Dinner
Dinner and overnight.

Day 16 . LUGO - LA CORUÑA - SANTIAGO
Breakfast. Departure to La Coruña. Panoramic sightseeing. Free time. Optional tryp through the Rias Altas. Departure to Santiago.

Day 17 . SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA
Breakfast, lunch included and overnight. Morning sightseeing tour of the monumental city. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 18 . SANTIAGO - RIAS BAJAS - LA TOJA - VIGO
Breakfast. Departure to the charming gallician Rías Bajas and the Island of La Toja. Time at leisure, following to Vigo.

Day 19 . VIGO - OPORTO - COIMBRA - FATIMA
Breakfast and departure to Oporto, where an important wine cellar will be visited. (Lunch not included.) Departure to Coimbra. Panoramic sightseeing, proceeding to Fátima.

Day 20 . FATIMA - BATALHA - NAZARE - LISBON
Breakfast and departure. Visit of the Monastery in Batalha proceeding the drive, in order to get to Nazaré charming fishing-village. (Lunch not included.) Departure to Lisbon. Overnight.

Day 21 . LISBON
Breakfast and overnight. Morning, panoramic sightseeing of Lisbon. In the afternoon, optional excursion to Sintra, Cascais and Estoril.

Day 22 . LISBON
Breakfast and overnight. Full day at leisure to enjoy the fascination of this peculiar town and live a «soiree» of Fado.

Day 23 . LISBON - MERIDA - MADRID
Breakfast and departure to Mérida. Lunch and visit of the Roman Theater, continuing to Madrid, to the tour terminal where the tour will conclude at Oriente Square, Madrid. Our local rep will escort you to your hotel
