1st day. MADRID - CORDOBA - SEVILLE
Weekly on Wednesdays ( April - Oct)
Departure from the tour terminal, Oriente Sq., set out by 9 a.m., making the most of our time aboard to introduce ourselves to each other and learn more about what lies ahead. Our route takes us into La Mancha, the landscape of romance and adventure where Don Quixote tilted at windmills.

We'll wind across hills and down into irrigated valleys, to Puerto Lápice, a town lost in time, looking much as it did in the seventeenth century. We might even espy the establishment where an innkeeper conferred knighthood upon Don Quixote. Then we’ll pass onward through the region of Valdepeñas, where fine Tempranillo grapes are grown, and cross the Canyon of Despeñaperros, and pass through the town of Bailén on our way to Cordoba.

Here we'll visit the famous Mosque, one of the most notable in the days of Moorish rule.

Then we'll continue onward to Andalusia,Ecija, Carmona and Seville where comfortable beds await us in Seville.

2nd day. SEVILLE - Thursday
Breakfast - We'll stay all day in Seville, where the Moors have left their mark in whitewashed houses, tile roofs, graceful archways, and a warren of intimate lanes with surprises at every turn.

Our visit will take us to the monumental and stunning tower of La Giralda, the Cathedral that once echoed with daily calls to prayer, and the Palace of the Alcazar, with its delicately carved stonework and pleasure gardens that still delight.

Your afternoon is free to wander the alleyways of Seville on your own, and perhaps to stop in and sample the tapas at an inviting establishment

3rd day. SEVILLE - El Puerto de Santa Maria - CADIZ -COSTA DEL SOL - Friday

After breakfast and departure to El Puerto de Santa Maria where will visit one of its famous wine cellar; once finalized the visit we will board the lovely steamer “Adriano” for a walk around the beautiful bay of Cadiz that it’s said that competes in beauty with the famous bay of La Habana. Panoramic tour of Cadiz before leaving for Tarifa and Algeciras. Optional tour to Gibraltar (from Algeciras). Arrival, in the afternoon, to the world famous Costa del Sol. Overnight.

4th day. COSTA DEL SOL - GRANADA - Saturday (B)
After breakfast we haed for Granada.
Take your time! We’ve built an extra day into this itinerary to allow you to explore Granada independently. Perhaps you’ll return to the fabled Alhambra for a stroll through its fantastical gardens. Or, you can wander the Albaicin, the last quarter of the city occupied by the Moors, with its charming maze of alleys lined with houses with secret patios. According to whim and interest, you’ll visit the museum of composer Manuel de Falla, or the Fine Arts or Archaeology museum, or spend your day café-sitting and shopping. We’ll be pleased to arrange a tour, if you wish, from a number of options.

5th day. GRANADA- Sunday (B)
Breakfast. We’ll visit the Palace of the Alhambra, which inspired caliphs, conquerors, and writers as noted as Washington Irving, with its magnificent rooms and intricately decorated Moorish archways. We’ll stroll through its fabled Generalife gardens and summer residence of the caliphs, of course, and there will be time to wander and shop on your own before you retire to your lodgings.

6th day. GRANADA - ALICANTE - Monday ( B)
Breakfast and departure to Alicante. (Lunch not included.) Afternoon at leisure .

7th day. ALICANTE - CALPE - VALENCIA - Tuesday ( B)
Breakfast. Morning at leisure. Departure to Peñón de Ifach. Short stop, continuing to Valencia and overnight.

8th day. VALENCIA - BARCELONA - Wednesday ( B)
Breakfast. Optional sightseeing. Departure to Barcelona. Overnight

9th day. BARCELONA - Thursday ( B)
Breakfast and overnight. Morning, city sightseeing. Afternoon at leisure. Optional sightseeing tours.

10th day. BARCELONA - ZARAGOZA - MADRID - Friday ( B)
Breakfast. Departure to Zaragoza. Time at leisure. In the afternoon, continuation to Madrid. Overnight.

11th day. MADRID - BURGOS - SAN SEBASTIAN - Saturday ( B)
Breakfast and departure to Burgos. Lunch not included , continuing to San Sebastian and overnight.

12th day. SAN SEBASTIAN - BILBAO -CASTRO URDIALES - SANTANDER - Sunday ( B)
Breakfast and short panoramic sightseeing. Departure to Bilbao. Short panoramic sightseeing, proceeding to

13th day. SANTANDER - SANTILLANA -COVADONGA - OVIEDO - Monday ( B)
Breakfast and departure to Santillana del Mar. Departure to Covadonga. Brief visit. Lunch included , proceeding to Oviedo. Dinner and overnight.

14th day. OVIEDO - GIJON - LUGO - Tuesday ( B)
Breakfast and departure to Gijón. Panoramic sightseeing (Lunch not included, continuing to Lugo and overnight.

15th day. LUGO - LA CORUÑA - SANTIAGO - Wednesday ( B)
Breakfast. Departure to La Coruña. Panoramic sightseeing. Free time. Optional tryp through the Rias Altas. Departure to Santiago and overnight.

16th day. SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA - Thursday ( B)
Breakfast . Morning sightseeing tour of the monumental city. Afternoon at leisure.

17th day. SANTIAGO - RIAS BAJAS - LA TOJA - VIGO - Friday ( B)
Breakfast. Departure to the charming gallician Rías Bajas and the Island of La Toja. Time at leisure, following to Vigo and overnight.

18th day. VIGO - OPORTO - COIMBRA - FATIMA - Saturday ( B)
Breakfast and departure to Oporto, where an important wine cellar will be visited. (Lunch not included.) Departure to Coimbra. Panoramic sightseeing, proceeding to Fátima and overnight.

19th day. FATIMA - BATALHA - NAZARE - LISBON - Sunday ( B )
Breakfast and departure. Visit of the Monastery in Batalha proceeding the drive, in order to get to Nazaré charming fishing-village. (Lunch not included.) Departure to Lisbon. Overnight.

20th day. LISBON - Monday ( B)
Breakfast and overnight. Morning, panoramic sightseeing of Lisbon. In the afternoon, optional excursion to Sintra, Cascais and Estoril.

21st day. LISBON - Tuestay ( B )
Breakfast and overnight. Full day at leisure to explore this fascinating city on your own .

22nd day. LISBON - MERIDA - MADRID - Wednesday ( B )
Breakfast and departure to Mérida. Break for lunch ( on your own ) , then visit of the Roman Theater, continuing to Madrid, to the tour TERMINAL.
