DAY 8 - Santorini - FRIDAY (B)
Enjoy breakfast at your lovely hotel (or Villa),or venture out,to explore ON YOUR OWN.
Some suggestion that you may wish to consider (on your own):
Akrotiri,reputedly the site of fabled Atlantis. Then on to Athinios port to take a boat across to eh dormant volcano, and ascend through a crater-pocked moonscape to the crater. Visit Thirassia Island and watch sunset in Oia. Return to your hotel/villa early evening, the decision is totally yours .

DAY 9 - SANTORINI, CRETE  , SATURDAY   (B)
We'll rendezvous in time to take you to your flight to Crete, Heraklion& your hotel. Flights operate only on Thu & Sat, on other days, it will be the ferry which is 5 hours, or flights via Athens (Supplement applies$ $95).

DAY 10 - CRETE _ Sunday (B)
Enjoy your stay at the hotel or explore one of the beaches. Or explore on your own the Venetian part of the old town , see below more details on tours in Crete.

DAY 11 - CRETE /ATHENS / CAIRO - SUNDAY (B)
This morning, we'll call for you and see you to the airport to begin your journey to Cairo
Morning at leisure, maybe to enjoy a last minute shopping at the Plaka, later in the day we drive to Athens airport for our flight to Cairo airport, airfare included ;Upon arrival in Cairo, we drive up to our hotel. Complimentary Visa is issued upon arrival at Cairo Airport , this is valid for American, Canadian, Japanese, EU citizens as well as Australia, NZ & Singaporean

Visa will be issued upon arrival.
As you exit the gate, you will pass through a door or two , down some stairs , then walk for 2-5 minutes , until you pass the duty free shops, at the end of a wide corridor , you will see the security officers. There you will be met by a local representative, who will be holding a sign with the name you prefer to use for the sign .
Our local representative will then take your passport to obtain a stamp from the cashier / bank window and escort you to speak with the passport officer. He will escort you through another last check on your passport as you exit the passport control, into customs area, he will assist you in collecting your luggage and clearing customs . After exiting the terminal, our local representative will escort you (private vehicle) to the hotel

DAY 14 - Luxor - VALLEY OF THE KINGS - Wednesday (BL)
Very early breakfast , before we head for the airport, fly to Luxor (economy or free upgrade to business class), In Luxor we proceed from the airport to cross the Nile to the West Bank:
We tour today as well the magnificent tombs in the Valley of the Kings, including Tut-Ankh-Amon's tomb, and the great temple of Queen Hatshepsut, we stop at the Colossi of Memnon on the way back to our cruise.

Afterward, we'll enjoy lunch, before we head for the largest religious compound in the world : The mighty Karnak Temple complex, then Amon-Ra Luxor temple, before we fly back to Cairo and your hotel.
