Day 1 COSTA DEL SOL Tangiers (D)

For guests staying at Costa Del Sol , free pick up from your hotel in Costa Del Sol with a minimum of 4 paying guests traveling together.

For 2-3 guests transfer from Costa Del Sol Hotel, please add $100 per person to the rate.

Board the ferry for North Africa (Ticket included) . Cross the Strait of Gibraltar to a mystical new world. We'll meet you at the pier in Morocco.

Our representative meets you at Tangiers sea port and escorts you to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Arrival from Algeciras (any day of the week).

Or from Gibraltar (Ferry service only: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.)
If need be, you may consider driving from Gibraltar to Algeciras (about 30 minutes) or taking one of the regularly scheduled buses from La Linea, on the Spanish side of the Gibraltar border, to Algeciras (US$3, 40 minutes) if the schedule works better for you.

Day 2 Tangiers (cBD)
Breakfast at hotel. Today's tour of Tangiers will include a visit around the periphery of Tangiers and a visit of the new city and the medina (old city). During the first part of the tour you will see the California section of Tangiers, the King's Palace, Cap Spartel (the point of confluence of the Atlantic and the Mediterranean), and visit Hercules Cave. Then a brief stop at Le Mirage overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Continue your tour through the famous Forbes Museum, the Kasbah Museum and then through the kasbah and medina's Jewish, Berber and handicraft markets. Moroccan evening of dinner and entertainment including Moroccan folklore, belly dancers and snake charmers. Overnight in Tangiers.

Day 3 ASILAH ,back to SPAIN (cB)
Breakfast at hotel. Morning departure to Asilah, the fortified Portuguese village 46 kilometers south of Tangiers on the Atlantic coast. In Asilah visit The Bab Homar, the Berber kasbah, the Palace of Raisouli and enjoy the relaxing ambiance and quaint beauty of the town. If visiting in August you will have the added enjoyment of the International Festival, a month long cultural event encompassing art exhibitions and musical performances. En route back to Tangiers, stop at the beach for a short camel ride. Evening departure to Gibraltar or Algeciras.

The ferry from Algeciras, normally, takes two and a half hours to get to Tangiers. From Gibraltar, it is only about a one and a half hour ferry ride.
