Day 1 – Athens
Our local rep will meet you at Athens Airport & assist with your transfer your hotel.

Day 2 – Private Tour : Athens (BL)
Half-day City private Athens sightseeing tour, which will introduce you to the most important sites of the city. Visit the Acropolis, its outstanding monuments and museum. Private air-conditioned vehicle and guide. Lunch is included at a charming local restaurant.

Day 3 – Argolis – (BL) Private Air Conditioned Vehicle - Private Chauffeur - Private Guide
Breakfast at the hotel. Lunch is included at a local restaurant . Bottled water / tea or coffee : included with your lunch. Drive through Corinth crossing the famous canal to Mycenae where visits are Included to the Lion Gate, Tombs of Agememnon and Clytemnestra, and the Palace. Luncheon at the seaside resort town of Nauplion. Afterward, a short drive to the world famous theater of Epidaurus, known for its perfect acoustics. Visit the museum and Askelpeion. Return to Athens in the early evening. For the lunch we will either stop in Mycenae or Nauplion.

Some detail on your drive today :

• Athens - Corinth canal is about 1.15 hours drive (depending on traffic)
  
• The distance is 85 kilometers.
  
• Corinth canal - Mycenae is around 30 minutes. The distance is 45 kilometers.
  
• Mycenae - Epidaurus is 45 minutes. This distance is 60 kilometers.
  
• Epidaurus - Athens (via the coastal road) is around 2:15hrs. The distance is approx. 150 kilometers.

Day 4 -Athens - Cruise, Mykonos (BLD)
Transfer to Piraeus to embark at 11:00 AM on your cruise. Arrive at the jet set island of Mykonos at later in the day . Time to stroll through the narrow streets to the sculpture- like church of Paraportiani, or along the waterfront to the famous windmills, and stop at a café. Ship departs late evening

Day 5 – Rhodes (BLD)
Arrive at 10:00 AM, and have a full day on the "Island of Roses". You can explore on your own or take a sightseeing tour to the Acropolis of Lindos and visit the Valley of the Butterflies. You can also visit one of the nearby beaches for a swim , only a short taxi ride from town.

Day 6 – Kusadasi, (Turkey), Patmos (BLD)Arrive 7:00 AM at Kusadasi, the popular Turkish port and gateway to the ancient city of Ephesus. Optional tour to Ephesus. Midday departure. Late afternoon arrival at the island of Patmos. Here you can visit the Monastery of St. John, where the book of Revelations was written.

Day 7 –Heraklion,Crete –Santorini. (BLD)
Arrive at 7:00 AM at the port of Heraklion. Opportunity to visit ( on your own or join the optional shore excursion) : the unique 5000 year old museum, or optional tour to the three-story Minoan palace of Knossos. Or explore on your own the Venetian part of the old town. Depart late morning. Arrival at Santorini in late afternoon, where you will have 4 hours to explore the winding narrow streets of the main town of Thira, after taking a donkey ride or funicular to the top of the cliff. This volcanic island offers breathtaking views of the Aegean.

Day 8 – Piraeus/ATHENS/DEPARTURE (B)
Morning arrival in Piraeus. Transfer to the airport for your return flight home . Bon Voyage.

Greek Cruise
Clothing on shore:

Look forward to warm, even hot weather with some cooler breezes at night.
Especially for shore excursions, we recommend loose, comfortable cottons or other lightweight clothing.

Some of the tours involve long bus rides and/or considerable walking, so comfortable shoes are recommended.

Please bear in mind that shore excursion coaches are air conditioned and you may wish to bring a light sweater.

On tours that include visits to places of worship, shorts and bare shoulders are not permitted.

We had a perfect vacation in Greece!

Dinner our first night at the rooftop restaurant of the Titania overlooking the Acropolis as the sun set and the lights came on!

Santorini was magical - though we enjoyed the sunsets from Fira instead of Oia. We did rent an ATV and got to Red Beach and Oia on day trips.

The ferry to Crete made half the boat sick - but not us!

The Movenpick in Crete was really beautiful - a luxurious place to rest after a long week.

We were upgraded to executive suites by both the Titania and the Athens airport Sofitel, you should know. They took good care of us!

We loved the Ouzo, the shopping, the sunsets, the beaches, the colors of the sea and sky, the friendly waiters, the people at the Tzekos Villas, the shop owners - we loved Greece!

We WILL return someday, especially to Santorini!

And contacting you via the Internet to arrange it was the perfect way to set it up.
