DAY 1 - CAIRO Sunday (weekly ,year round, subject to availability )
Our local rep. meets you at the airport and escorts you to your hotel.
Visa fee is not included and maybe issued upon arrival at Cairo Airport for $15 USD in cash or in Euros for a limited number of nationalities such as American , Australian, NZ, Canadian, EU and Japanese citizens with valid passports that are valid for at least 6 month beyond the date of arrival .

DAY 2 - CAIRO / Sleeper Train - Monday (BD)
Cairo is yours! Explore it as you like. The Egyptian Museum is in the city center, the Pyramids and Sphinx only a short taxi ride away . In the evening, we depart for Aswan aboard the Nile Express first-class sleeper train ( modest 3 stars rating) , if you prefer to fly , please click here ) .
On the sleeper train in Egypt you are Always in your own PRIVATE compartment, dinner is included on board.

DAY 3 - ASWAN Tuesday (B)
Morning Arrival , our local rep will escort you to your hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure to explore Aswan on your own.

DAY 4 - ASWAN Wednesday (BLD)
We escort you to your Nile cruise vessel. After lunch, explore Aswan's lively bazaar as you wish , or stroll along the banks of the Nile. In the evening, we cast off and cruise down the Nile.
Shore excursions on board the cruise are not included. You may purchase them in the USA for the 5 days shore excursion package on board the cruise.

DAY 5 - KOM OMBO - EDFU Thursday (BLD)
We dock at Kom Ombo, then set sail for Edfu with its great Temple of Horus. The evening finds us docked at Esna.

DAY 6 - ESNA -LUXOR Friday (BLD)
We pass the locks at Esna and cruise the Nile , late afternoon arrival at Luxor. in the evening your guide will call on you for a horse-drawn carriage ride throughout Luxor local souks and bazaar. Afternoon tea as usual will be served on deck. Evening dinner and entertainment.

DAY 7 - LUXOR -Saturday (BD)
We check out of our cabins after breakfast, but the facilities of the vessel are available to us until the evening. Explore the great temples or the bazaar as you like. In the evening, we escort you to the train station for our first-class sleeper train journey back to Cairo. Dinner is included on board your sleeper train .

DAY 8 - CAIRO -Sunday (B)
Breakfast is included on board , Arrival at Cairo Railway Station , our local rep. escorts you to your hotel. (Your room may not be ready until noon, but all other hotel facilities are available.) . Remainder of the day is for your own activities , why not go shopping in Khan el-Khalili bazaar?

DAY 9 - DEPARTURE - Tuesday (B)
After breakfast, we escort you to the airport. Bon Voyage. Compare with the 10 day edition flying one way & return by train . Combine with Malaga Spain and Morocco .
