DAY 1 - CAIRO
Welcome to Egypt! Our staff greets you as you enter our ancient land, and escorts you to your hotel. Why not take a walk around and gather those priceless first impressions?

DAY 2 - CAIRO (BLD) We start with the best of Cairo: the Egyptian Museum, the Citadel of Saladin, and its Alabaster Mosque. After lunch at a local restaurant, we walk the narrow streets of Old Cairo, once a Roman fortress. We tour Cairo's fascinating Jewish Quarter, then go on to the Coptic Christian Quarter with its churches of Abu Serghius and Al Molaka, Coptic Museum, and Ben Ezra synagogue. Finally, we wander through the colorful alleys of the Khan el-Khalili bazaar in search of souvenirs.

DAY 3 - CAIRO (BLD) In the morning, we visit the majestic pyramids of Giza, the ancient Valley Temple and the timeless Sphinx. After lunch we drive to Dahshour, the newly opened pyramid field south of Cairo, where we visit several ancient structures, including the great pyramid built by Senfru, father of Cheops. In the evening we board a Nile riverboat for a dinner cruise, complete with folklore show and belly dancing.

DAY 4 - SHARM EL SHEIK (B) We fly over the Sinai peninsula to Sharm El Sheik, and head for the beach!

DAY 5 - SHARM EL SHEIK (B) Relax! This is your day to absorb all that you've seen and experienced so far, not to mention the bright Egyptian sun and sparkling Red Sea.

DAY 6 - DEPARTURE (B) We get you started on your onward or homeward trip, escorting you to Sharm El Sheik airport or to the border crossing point at Taba for your connection to Eilat. (Let us know if we can help you to arrange onward transportation from Eilat to Jerusalem or Tel Aviv.)
