Once
you arrive on board, the staff on board & at the Reception
Desk will be available to assist with your check-in.
Required
Documents
You
must have a valid passport to be able to check-in & come aboard.
Even for children & infants, must have valid passports.
Luggage
Bell
captain & porters will assist with your luggage, usually luggage
will get to your cabin 2 hours after you board.
Do not forget to have tags on all your luggage, clearly marked
with your name etc.
PLEASE carry all your medicine, valuables etc. in your carry on,
do not leave such items in your checked luggage
Money
/ Cash on board ?
Rates on board are al in Euros. For extras your incurred while
you on board you may pay in cash or use one of the major credit
cards.
Tips
You may include the tips to be added as extra to your account
while you are on board, or pay it in cash at the end of the cruise.
Pets
Absolutely no pets allowed on board.
Expecting
?
If you are pregnant , please
provide a certificate from your doctor ( signed, stamped, list
doctor's phone, fax & e.mail) verifying that you may go on
board the cruise.
Physically Challenged.. persons must notify us in advance of
the nature of their handicap to allow us to inform them if the
ship can accommodate them , due to limited number of cabins that
can accommodate the needs that may differ from one guest to another.
Handicap guests must be accompanied by an adult that is able to
help , assist at all times with your needs. We will do our utmost
to make your stay an enjoyable & comfortable one on board
Port
of calls
The shore excursions are additional cost. You may join or simply
tour on your own. You must alert us in advance to the language
of your preference. Expect at least 30 minutes for entry formalities
in any of the ports.
Boutique/Shops
onboard
Boutiques & Duty Free shops are available
on board.
Children
Children are always welcomed, with special, games , programs and
entertainment. For the evening, we have baby-sitting service available
for an additional cost.
Dress Code
.
If you wish to dress up in a " Black
Tie" for the Gala Evening, you'll not be the only doing so.
Yet if your prefer to be more comfortable you can certainly dress
in a "Smart Casual" way.
Please note no shorts in dinning rooms after 19:00 hours
Medical Services
There is always a doctor on board. To help with of your questions
or certain medical emergencies . The boat has a supply of the
most common medicines, yet you must bring your own prescription
drugs with you . Any use of the medical services is an additional
cost. Please ask us or your agent for travel insurance flyers.
And/or check with your own medical insurance .
Disembarkation:
At the end of the cruise, please do not
forget to put all your luggage outside your cabin before you go
to bed.
Do not forget to empty your safe deposit box, and pay your extras,
settle your account so you do not have any delays in the morning.
